• Repair

  • Up to 4'x4' drywall repair

    Fix whole in your drywall. We'll remove damaged drywall and replace it with a patch. After the hole has been repaired, the wall will be retextured and painted. »» This job takes a minimum of 2 trips «« The initial drywall patch must dry overnight. A follow-up trip is needed to sand down the patch, re-texture and paint. »» Materials «« Materials are extra and typically cost $15-40.

• Replace

  • Kitchen Faucet

    Turn off house water, remove old faucet unit, install new client-supplied faucet, connect all fittings & restore water, test operation

  • Interior Door

    Remove existing door, measure existing door to cut new door to fit into door frame, mortise the door for hinges, hang the door, mark & install handset/knob and tumble latch, test & perfect.

  • Exterior Door

    Remove the old door, remove interior & exterior trim/molding, cut framing nails, remove threshold, insert door assembly into opening & adjust framing as with shims & spacer, square and level door, attach jam to framing with coated exterior screws, install door handset and tongue latch & adjust as needed, cut & install new casing.

  • Door Knob/Handset

    Remove & replace old handset with new homeowner supplied handset
